MY SORRY VALENTINE...

We went and bought my little 92 year old mother-in-law a box of her favorite chocolates for Valentines Day...I'm just posting this to remind myself why I told my sweetie not to buy me any and why I'm not going to eat the free sample they gave us at the chocolate shop.
I dedicate this Valentine to my dear friends who are trying to eat right...and to all sugar junkies like me struggling to make it one more day without a fix. Things certainly haven't gotten any where near this bad but why wait until it has.

I have often called my sister/friend Clytie the Queen of Hearts but I don't think she'd vaguely resemble this even on a bad day. (only the hearts remain the same) I do love this version though it's very "Off with her head"ish. Scary...
