1. Remember the "Golden Rule" Those who have the gold make the rules.
2. Interest never sleeps or takes a vacation or gets sick.
3. If you say you will do something, Do It, If you give your word, Keep It.
4. Always pay your debts.
5. Live simply, enjoy the little things.
6. If you want to double your money, fold it in half and put it in your pocket.
7. If you're 5 minutes early.....your late.
8. The dollar you save buys just as much as the dollar you earn.
9. Don't burn your bridges behind you,
and you won't have to kiss ass to get back across the river.
10. If you always tell the truth you won't have to remember what you said.
11. A place for everything and every thing in its place.
12. A penny saved is a penny earned.
This is what my father believed and this is exactly how he lived.
