By the glance of an eye...the angle of a foot...you just know something terrible is about to happen.Edward Gorey the master artist of Mystery on PBS was so skilled at subtly implying doom that his wonderful...dark...intricate pen and ink drawings make me shudder just looking at them...and I love it.
